Every month, we all get together to celebrate the people whose birthdays fall that month! We put candles on a cake and celebrate in earnest. It’s so nice to have everyone celebrate your birthday, isn’t it? Afterward, we always take plenty of photos—it really shows what a friendly and harmonious workplace we have. Even if you break up with your boyfriend or girlfriend, you don’t have to worry about your birthday here! Opening an office in Itoshima! There’s a place in Fukuoka called Itoshima that’s full of nature and has beautiful beaches. Our regular office is very comfortable and a great place to work, but what if there were a place where we could work surrounded by nature—staying overnight for a day or even a week—when we feel like switching things up a bit? Wouldn’t it be amazing if, at the end of the week, we could all have a BBQ, toast to a job well done, and celebrate together? That’s exactly the kind of place we’re going to create!

Of course, I have personal goals—such as becoming a leader who can drive the business forward based on the expansion of the division I’m currently in charge of and our team objectives. But aside from that, there’s something else I’m secretly aiming for… Since this company is constantly changing at a dizzying pace, I think it’s likely that a year from now, some new initiatives will have started while others will have come to an end. Amidst all that, I constantly ask myself, “How far can I go?” as a guiding principle to determine how I’ll be involved and where I’ll end up. When I first joined the company—having switched from a completely different industry—I held back from speaking up, thinking, “What’s the point of my opinion when I have no experience?”

It’s because I felt that when the day was over, I could truly feel happy and a sense of accomplishment, and that I could give it my all every day.

Here are my responses to the interview and questions!
During consultations and other meetings, when I talk about my concerns, I feel that the staff at androots always take the time to listen to what I have to say.
I was really impressed by how they gently nodded as I spoke and worked with me to figure out, “What’s troubling you? What’s the cause? How can we solve this?”
I was really happy to see their willingness to work with me to seriously resolve my concerns, without thinking only of their own gain or loss.

Whether it’s during interviews as part of the pre-hire screening process or in meetings and when I have questions about my work after joining the company, I’m so happy that you always make an effort to understand what I’m trying to say first!
I’m always grateful that, when they see the look on my face and sense that I haven’t quite grasped something yet, they notice and say something like, “Should we talk some more?”
