Study Session Allowance

You can attend seminars and study sessions that contribute to your personal growth—whether online or in person—at the company’s expense! Plus, there’s no upper limit! Minutes from the study sessions you attend will be shared internally.

Book Allowance

We provide each employee with a Kindle, and any book that contributes to personal growth can be purchased at the company’s expense! While purchases are generally made on the Kindle, you can also buy physical books if you prefer them.

Qualification Acquisition Support Allowance

The company covers the full cost of required certifications and 90% of the cost of other certifications after you pass the exam! We’ve created an environment where anyone who wants to study can do so effectively.

Child Allowance

We will provide 10,000 yen per person per month to each household until the child graduates from elementary school.

Parental Leave

You can take parental leave for an indefinite period.
*You must clearly state your plans for returning to work before going on maternity leave.

Maternity Leave Benefits

During maternity leave, the government covers 66% of your salary for the first six months and 50% for the period from six months to one year. After returning to work, there is no reduction in pay during the adjustment period.

Daycare Allowance

If your child attends Ki no Ko Daycare Center, the daycare fees will be halved.
*This cannot be combined with the Child Allowance.

Photo Studio Allowance

If you use a photo studio within the group, you can get 10% off.

Gift Money

A flat-rate childbirth grant of 50,000 yen and a marriage grant of 100,000 yen are provided for each person in a household.

Company Trip (Domestic)

Once a year, we take a domestic trip with our full-time and part-time employees, as well as their families.

Company Trip (Overseas)

Employees also go on an overseas trip once a year. In 2019, they went to Vietnam, and in 2018, they went to Thailand.

Shuffle Lunch

Once a month, we go out to lunch in groups of four or five, made up of a mix of full-time and part-time employees. It’s a great opportunity to get to know people from other groups whom we don’t usually interact with.

Lunch Allowance

Every day, you can choose from three types of nutritious boxed lunches.

Massage Allowance

You can receive a massage once a month at a chiropractic clinic with which we have a contract.
